The vision of "The Hippie Llama" started in a little apartment, in the little town of Sunbury in Pennsylvania. In the beginning our master artist Matthew Zimmerman, would create beautiful painted works of art on old slate roofing tiles, and also worked in textiles doing hand tied and dyed T-shirts, Tapestries and More. Our vision was to make and share with the world our love and appreciation for hand crafted Items. Since Matthew's Passing In 2018, a lot has changed, We moved our operation to the Wine Country of Missouri in a little German Town Called Hermann. Here we still want to share with the world what Matthew had started, our line of hand craft goods has changed but the love and pride we pour into our craft has not.
